Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking an appointment or using any services provided by Quality Beauty Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all treatments, services, bookings, purchases, and interactions with our business.

Quality Beauty Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • Booking confirmations may be sent via SMS, email, or booking software.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at the discretion of the technician, with full charges still applying.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend (no-show) may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be required to secure certain appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if cancellation policies are not met.

  • Full payment is required at the completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking or appointment.

5. Client Responsibility & Medical Disclosure

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, pregnancy, or previous reactions prior to treatment.

Quality Beauty Pty Ltd is not responsible for adverse reactions where information has been withheld or inaccurately provided.

6. Results & Expectations

  • Individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, lifestyle, aftercare, and biological factors.

  • We do not guarantee specific results for any treatment, including but not limited to lashes, teeth whitening, waxing, or cosmetic services.

  • By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these variables.

7. Aftercare

Clients are provided with aftercare instructions where applicable.
Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results and is not the responsibility of Quality Beauty Pty Ltd.

8. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction where services have been provided.

  • If you are unhappy with a service, concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable resolution.

9. Refusal of Service

Quality Beauty Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate behaviour

  • Health and safety concerns

  • Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

10. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiry dates apply unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly specified.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Beauty Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction arising from treatments provided, except where caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
